Q1. How do I add my business listing?

A.  From the "Main Menu click on "Add listing", you will be prompted to user registration form so you would need to register your details with us (Login,email and password). If you were already registered and you have not created your business listing yet, click on "Sign in here", located at the bottom of the registration form or simply go to the "User Panel" in the Main Menu, which will prompt you to the login form.

B. After your registration or logging into "User Panel", click on "Add your listing" located in the main menu. Pick you membership level from the drop down menu, then you will be prompted to your business registration form. Please note that there is a number of compulsory fields which are required to be filled in before you submit your business registration form. Once you have selected you categories and/or subcategories do not forget to press the "Add To Category" button located beneath the category list. This button selects your choice of categories and subcategories. If you are not happy with your categories and/or subcategories select you can press "Remove from list" button, so you can start your categories select from beginning.

C.  When you finish with your business listing details, press the button "Submit Listing". If the form was completed correctly you will see the confirmation page.

Q2. What do I do if I want my listing to be removed from the website?

Contact us via the "Contact Us" form provided and we will remove your listing.

Q3. How do I add my company logo?

You need to be registered with us and business listing need to have been submitted by you in order to proceed adding your company logo. Simply go to your "User Panel", log in and click on "Edit" button, located below your company  details. At the bottom of the form you will see an upload form, browse through your images and pick your selection. Press "Upload" button and you are done. If no logo was selected by you, the website will display default image "No Logo" selected.

Q4. What if I forget my password, or want to change it?

A. You can easily reset your password in the "User Panel" by clicking on "Forgot" button below the Login form. You will have to provide your username and click on "Forgot", then a freshly generated password will be emailed to your email account. Do not forget to check on your Junk folder in case you do not receive an email from us.

B. You can change your password if you wish. To do so just go to your "User Panel", on the top of the page you will see a button "Change Password".

Q5. What is "Compare Memberships"?

These allow for different levels of displayed listings. Higher rated levels allow for more exposure for your listing and you can list more information. These are listed at the beginning of each category they are in. At the moment the website offers only "Free Membership".

Q6. What is "Submit your Website"?

This is a link to our website directory, where you can submit your URL to the relevant caregory. It's an exchange link engine for those who decide to be partners with IrishBusiness.info.

Press "Contact Us" in the Main Menu and submit your message via the contact form provided.
