Insight Matters was established in 2011 to provide psychotherapy and counselling in three areas of Dublin. In 2013 we expanded our practice and moved to bigger city centre offices located at 5 Cavendish Row, Dublin 1, immediately opposite the Gate Theatre and the Garden of Remembrance.
